Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment in order to receive your full service.
A 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested. Late cancellations and no shows may be required to prepay or make a 50% deposit to re-book a future appointment.
Gratuities are appreciated. Envelopes are provided at the reception desk. Unfortunately we can not process gratuities on credit cards. Cash or a check made out to your stylist is acceptable.
There is a price variation for our services offered. The pricing for each hair stylist varies in addition to length and thickness of hair. Your stylist can provide you with an accurate price quote prior to your appointment.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
If you are unsatisfied with retail product(s) purchased, you may return them within 15 days of the purchase with a receipt for exchange of an alternative product or store credit.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service we’ve provided, we will be happy to address any concerns free of charge within 1 week of your original service. Standard prices would apply after 1 week.
We request that you wear one of our salon capes during your visit to protect your clothing. We also ask that you be mindful of your personal possessions (i.e., handbags) during your visit. We cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost during your visit if this policy is not observed.
Should you wish to book a group event, a 50% deposit will be required for 3 or more persons. Additionally, we will be happy to provide our services outside of the salon for group events booked in advance.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any denomination and can be used for services and/or products.
